According to Immigration Bureau, about 250 thousand have been entering and leaving the country in 4 days of reopening of country's border

【Putrajaya】 Director of the immigration bureau, Dato' Khairul Dzaimee Daud revealed that, during the 4 day period (April 1st to April 4th) of the border reopening as the country is slowly approaching the endemic stage, around 252,730 have been entering and leaving the country.
This consists of 126,392 Malaysian entrants and 28,301 exits, and around 55,121 foreign entrants and 42,916 foreign exits respectively.
The Causeway (connecting road) between Johor Bahru and Singapore had the most visitors (160,818) and the second link gateway to Singapore, had 53,113 visitors. Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) had 38,407 visitors while KLIA2 (low-cost terminal) had 11,712. The Bukit Kayu Hitam border between Thailand and Kedah had 6,980 visitors.
Nationality wise, Singaporeans were the largest group with 65, 165 visitors, followed by Thais at 7,841, Indonesians at 5,173, Indians 2,477, British 1,485 respectively. The reopening of borders have increased foreign immigration movement by 76,4%.
