クアラルンプールの鉄道および陸上交通のハブ機能をもつKLセントラル駅を中心として開発された広大な地域です。空港からのアクセスもよく、ホテルや飲食店も多く集積しているので機能性の高い街となっています。
Bangsar Southエリア (バンサーサウス)
KLCCエリアから車で20分ほど郊外に離れた場所にある新しく開発されたエリアです。幹線道路やLRT駅に隣接しているのでアクセスがよく、新しいビル群が印象的です。アリババなどIT関連企業が好んで選ぶ傾向にあります。
モントキアラ (Mont Kiara)
2020年、モントキアラで行われていた再開発が完了して、多くの商業施設やオフィスビルが完成しました。もともとは住居用のコンドミニアムが多いエリアですが、オフィス用のスペースが増加しています。
