Exports for November increased 32.4% in Selangor

Selangor recorded the highest export growth in November, 2021, contributing to the country's overall export growth.
Dato 'Menteri Besar Dato' Seri Amirudin Shari said that Selangor recorded the highest export growth in November, 2021, increasing the country's exports by 32.4% and contributing RM6.3 billion to the country's overall exports of RM 27.5 billion.
For the same period, Malaysia's trade saw an increase by 34.9% to RM 205.5 billion of which exports were at RM 112.2 billion (32.4% year-on-year) and imports at RM 93.3 billion (38.0% year-on-year).
This state is the country's industrial central hub and has the highest number of manufacturing plants compared to other states.
